How to Close Your SortMe Account

If SortMe isn't right for you, you can choose to close your account. We will remove the account and all data on request. Here's how to do it:


Step 1: Go to Your Settings

Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of your profile. This icon represents your account settings.

Step 2: Locate the "Delete Account" Option

In the Account Settings, scroll down to the bottom left of the page. You'll find the "Delete Account" section. Click the link to start the deletion process. 

Step 3: Confirm Your Request

Our Help & Support pop-up window will appear with a default request to delete your SortMe account. Confirm your request by clicking on "Send a message."


Completion

Your request will be received by our team as a support ticket, and we will promptly process the deletion of your SortMe account.

Upon the successful deletion of your account, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the process has been completed.

Your SortMe account will be closed, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
