How to break up with your SortMe account

It's not you it's me....we know


If SortMe really isn't right for you, you've got a couple of options:


1) Cancel your subscription

If you need to take a break just stop coming round. Make sure you cancel your subscription to avoid being auto-charged. That means if/when you do come back your data will still be right where you left it.


2) You can delete your account.

If you decide to do this we will remove your account and delete all your data, for ever! Seriously, people have asked us to retrieve deleted data before but we can't.


If your serious about deleting all your data forever this is how you can do it


Step 1: Go to Your Settings

Click on your settings. The geari/flower shaped icon in the top right corner of your screen. It's circled in red in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Find 'Delete Account'

Scroll down the page and at the bottom on the right you will see 'Delete Account'. Click on the red underlined txt that reads 'I understand. We're breaking up'. It's final then...

Step 3: Provide us with closure

Just let us know where we went wrong so we can be better for the rest of our SortMe community. We really appreciate it.

Step 4: Confirm Account Deletion

Enter your password in the field provided and select 'Delete Account'.


Hopefully we can stay friends?


Don't worry, we won't contact you, we've broken up and all your data has been deleted forever.  We wish you every success in your life!
