How to Delete/Close Your SortMe Account

If SortMe isn't right for you, you can choose to close your account. We will remove the account and all data on request. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Go to Your Settings

Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of your profile. This icon represents your account settings.

Step 2: Locate the "Delete Account" Option

In the Account Settings, scroll down to the bottom left of the page. You'll find the "Delete Account" section. Click the link to start the deletion process. 

Step 3: Select the Reason for Deleting Your Account

A pop-up window will appear with a brief survey asking why you want to delete your SortMe account. Select your reason and click 'Next'.

Step 4: Confirm Account Deletion

Enter your password in the field provided and select 'Delete Account'.

Completion

Your SortMe account will then be closed, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
