How to Connect Your US Bank Accounts to SortMe
SortMe offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to easily connect your bank accounts. Follow the simple steps below to connect your bank accounts to SortMe.
Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings
Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner.
Step 2: Access Plaid Settings
Note: Plaid is currently only available to USA SortMe users
For US bank accounts, SortMe relies on Plaid, a trusted open finance platform, to establish connections with banks. Click the ‘Connect Account’ button.
Click 'Continue' to allow Plaid to link your bank.
Step 3: Select Your Bank
A list of supported institutions will be displayed. Find and select your bank from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate your account.
Step 4: Connect your bank
On the 'Connect account information' page, select the accounts you want to connect with Plaid.
A success message should appear saying you have successfully linked your bank account to SortMe.
Step 5: Verify SortMe Account
Return to your SortMe account and navigate back to the Settings section. Confirm that the newly added accounts from Plaid are listed.
