Understanding Transaction Data Limitations with ASB and Kiwibank Credit Cards


Overview:

SortMe users in New Zealand who connect their banks to SortMe have access to historical transaction data usually spanning up to 365 days at the time they first connect their accounts.

However, when initially connecting ASB accounts or Kiwibank credit cards, users will face limitations due to restrictions within the respective banks' APIs.


ASB Transaction Limitations: Initially, users connecting their ASB Bank Accounts may only retrieve historical transaction data for up to 90 days.


Kiwibank Credit Card Transaction Limitations: Initially, users connecting their Kiwibank Credit Card may only retrieve historical transaction data for up to 180 days.


Despite these limitations, SortMe retains transaction data according to the user's tenure with the platform as long as their accounts remain connected to SortMe.
