How Do I Pay Bills Within SortMe?

Note: Bills payment is currently only available to NZ SortMe users who have a connected bank account.


Paying bills within SortMe is a straightforward process. This article will guide you through the steps to pay bills seamlessly within the SortMe platform.


Step 1: Access the Bill

  • Navigate to the "Bills" section of your SortMe account.
  • In the Bills section, locate the specific bill you want to pay.
  • Click on the bill to open the invoice details.

Step 2: Initiate Payment

  • On the right-hand side, locate and click on the "Make Payment" option.
  • Select your preferred payment method and payment schedule.

Step 3: Confirm Payment

  • Confirm that the details are correct and click on the ‘Confirm and Pay’ button.

Step 4: Authorisation and Verification

  • A code will be sent to your phone. Enter any required authorisation codes or verification information when prompted and click on the "Verify" button to finalize the payment process.

Step 5: Confirmation

  • Upon successful verification, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that the payment has been processed.
